Hit and run with baby

On Thursday around 9:00 o'clock there was a car crash on Joseph Avenue and Sullivan Street there was a baby involved we heard that there were two people in a red car and fled the scene when Rochester police officers got there they noticed a woman leaving from the scene with her baby the baby was about 12 months old - this is a developing story so we will get more information as we get them
