A teen suffered serious injuries in a shooting on Rochester's northeast side. Rochester Police responded to 4th Street, just off Central Park around 10 p.m. Wednesday. Police located a 19-year-old Rochester man who sustained a gunshot wound to his upper body. He was rushed to Strong Memorial Hospital with serious injuries.
