Motorcycle crash in Rochester on North Street

Around 8:30pm Friday night a 911 call for a car crash involving a motorcycle and one other vehicle. When police arrived they found a 30-year-old man laying on the ground. The suspects vehicle fled the scene.
The suspects vehicle is a blue sedan with fresh front end damage.
