Three men all under the age 25 were charged Friday in the fatal shooting on Maryland Street that took the life of an 18-year-old Rochester teen. Khalil Webb, 24, Tommy Hall, 17, and Cortney Cooley-Francis, 18, all of Rochester, were charged with murder in the second degree for the death of Rayquan Jones.
