‪Homeowner finds hand grenades in garbage on Seneca Parkway‬

RPD - A homeowner in northwest Rochester found two apparent hand grenades while cleaning out a garage - prompting police to close down nearby streets. 

Rochester Police have blocked off two streets in northwest Rochester. 

Seneca Parkway is closed between Raines Park and Lake Avenue as is a portion of Magee Avenue. Members of the RPD bomb squad at the scene. Police said the roads should be reopened by 10 p.m.
