Armed Suspect Barricaded Inside LaSalle Street Home After Midday Shooting Response

A heavily armed police presence has surrounded a residential property on LaSalle Street following a midday shooting incident that triggered an active barricaded suspect situation.

Emergency operations began at approximately 11:10 AM today when multiple 911 callers reported a volley of shots fired along the residential corridor. Rochester Police patrol units swarmed the neighborhood and immediately established a multi-block containment perimeter.
