Construction worker died after truck falls on him

A 45 year old construction worker from Pennsylvania was killed during a construction site accident at East Main Street and Union Street in Rochester, New York.  The victim was the driver of a construction vehicle that crashed at the construction site, resulting in his death. 

The Rochester Police Department along with OSHA will be investigating the incident.
