One dead, another injured in shooting on Lake Avenue near Phelps Avenue

Before 3 PM officers responded to the area of Lake Avenue in Phelps Avenue for report of a person shot.
Upon arrival officers discovered one male shot and a second male victim shot in a nearby home.
unfortunately the second male victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other male victim who survived has a life-threatening injuries and was transported to strong memorial hospital.
The scene has been closed down for several hours it will continue to do so for several more hours.
The victims names has not been released but when they do become available they will be here posted on this GSL SHOW article.
There are no suspects in custody for this shooting and police is asking the community to forward with any information.
