RCSD's CFO is leaving after 5 months of working

RCSD CFO Robert Franklin has only had the position since January, 5 month.
He has a new job as Monroe County's chief financial officer - a position he had before in the past for around seven years from 2013-2020
This comes after superintendent Terry Dade resign from the RCSD.
