BRIGHTON, N.Y. — Dozens of young girls gathered at the Monroe Community College Brighton Campus today for the Jump Into Health Double Dutch Girls Conference, an interactive event focused on wellness, fitness, and personal growth.

Hosted for girls ages 6 through 12, the program ran from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, offering a full day of health education, creative expression, and physical activity. Lunch was provided for all participants.

The event featured special guest instructors from the Dynamic Diplomats of Double Dutch, representing the National Double Dutch League, who led workshops and jump rope demonstrations to promote active lifestyles, confidence, and teamwork.

The conference was sponsored by local community leadership and organizations, including Monroe County Executive Adam Bello, the Roc Royal Foundation, and the City of Rochester.
