ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Cassandra Hannah Foundation hosted its First Annual Sneaker Giveaway today, Saturday, September 5th, bringing free footwear to local kids, teens, and families at Players Gallery, located at 1276 N. Clinton Avenue.
The event kicked off at 1:00 PM on a first-come, first-served basis, aiming to empower youth and uplift the neighborhood as students prepare for the upcoming school year.
Under the theme "Making a difference, one step at a time," the foundation teamed up with several community partners and local brands to make the initiative possible, including:

* The House of Yona
* Atelier Productions
Organizers highlighted the foundation's core mission of empowering youth, uplifting communities, and creating positive opportunities for Rochester families.
